After spending two years collecting discarded chairs from friends and the streets of London, designer Martino Gamper spent 100 days creating 100 new chair designs. Gamper has always been fascinated in deconstruction and reconfiguration. A process that he feels allows the mind to travel outside the constraints of conformity. Some of his designs are a bit out of whack and just plain crazy but many achieve a beautiful unexpected harmony.
