I have so many dreams and aspirations I strive for harder and harder each day. And one of my inspirations is definitely Martin Luther King Jr. He showed America and specifically African Americans that anything is possible. This is why I work hard at what I do and go after dreams that seem so distant to others. What may seem impossible I see as possible. One of my favorite quotes from MLK is "Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase." I feel like in my life there is a lot of the staircase missing but that is not a sign to give up but a sign to keep striving to do my best and achieve my goals. MLK showed me that the impossible is possible with faith.
