It's so close to the end of the year and if you feel anything like me you're racing against the clock in preparation for the new year. This year was full
of highs and lows but one thing I'm certain of.....It's been a year of growth. Growth is not always easy or may not feel warranted but it's most indeed a character builder. I felt the pressures of disappointments time after time but I recall what makes a diamond as beautiful as it is. The more the pressure, the closer I am to shinning bright in the end.
