Is Colorful Hair A Do Or A Don't?
So, I have been seeing tons of colorful hair lately and it just makes me wonder if it is a do or a don't. I have seen color splashed here and there and it actually does not look bad at all, but I'm not sure if I would ever try multiple bright colors in my hair though. What do you all think? Is it a do or a don't??
