Eyesight - Hindsight

Eyesight - Hindsight
Being able to see what's right in front of you sometimes is easy, but seeing beyond or behind someone's true motives is often the challenge.  It's rather fascinating how events, whether tragedies or triumphs, will separate "the ride or die" from the leaches, the ones who talk a good
talk, and the ones who let their actions speak louder.  Sometimes, there is a need for disappointments and disloyalty in order to wash away the scales of naiveness, so that true colors and  intentions are made crystal clear.  Who's there when the sun is shinning? Who's nowhere to be found when the rain is pouring? Who ironically appears immediately after the rain?  I'm thankful for my new perspective. My eye-sight just became a little bit more clearer.
